Alanna Del Galdo
EARLY CHILDHOOD AND SPECIAL NEEDS PROGRAMS
Miss Alanna began dancing when she was just three years old and immediately fell in love! Studying the classical disciplines under Alexei and Sandy, Alanna took to the discipline and hard work that a life in dance required and was hungry for teaching opportunities from a very young age. She began assisting teachers at CORE at age 12, attended BCIT Academy of Performing Arts where I studied classical ballet, modern, musical theater, and technical theater. While studying at BCIT she performed with the Donetsk Ballet company in the Nutcracker and brought her own choreography to the New Jersey High School Dance Festival. Alanna worked under Jaclyn as an assistant teacher for the LEARN program for adults with special needs through Bancroft School and is studying for the RWID certification which will provide her with a certificate to teach dance to people of all ages with special learning needs and considerations. She is currently attending Rowan University for Early Childhood Education with a specialization in Special Education.
